Chicory Week is a movement and a state of mind, but it is also a moment in time, every year in mid October, when we shine a spotlight on Pacific Northwest radicchio.
This year, between two very rad events, Chicory Week is from October 19 - October 24. Restaurants in Seattle, Portland, and beyond featuring local radicchio will be listed here.
This makes it easy to participate in all the fall radicchio festivities! You don’t have to plan to attend a special event if you don’t want to. All you have to do is hit up your favorite spot listed below and dine in, or maybe enjoy takeout curled up on the couch while you peruse your brand new copy of Radicchio: A Celebration of the Beloved Italian Vegetable. You can even look to the restaurants listed below for inspiration about how to prepare this magical vegetable at home.
