In this age of digital cacophony, we are dialing it back to the age of conversation.

Join us on Monday, October 19 at RailSpur in Seattle for a very rad event. It’s a meal, it’s a conversation… it’s a Salon del Radicchio.

Chicory Week & Local Roots Farm are partnering with the fine folks at RailSpur in Pioneer Square to engage and enjoy radicchio, and the company of others, for a few precious hours. There will be rad art, beautiful displays, a radicchio-centric dinner, and many opportunities for bitter enjoyment, education, and camaraderie.

Worship your favorite radicchio. Learn the lore of our wintry muse. Try the amaro, taste the bitter rainbow. The focus of this night will be a meal, with an emphasis on engaging with radicchio and with kindred bitter spirits in conversation. Food by radicchio legends and chefs Emily Crawford Dann (The Corson Building) and Russ Flint (Rainshadow Meats), and more to come!

Doors open at 5:30pm for an hour of exploring the space, followed by a brief presentation and a wonderful meal.
