Chicory Week
Chicory Week is a week-long restaurant celebration in Portland and Seattle dedicated to a shared love of radicchio and other chicories.
Through collaborations with chefs and restaurants, we bring these vibrant, often underappreciated crops to the public—creating meaningful connections between farmers, kitchens, and eaters.
Chicory Week was founded by the Culinary Breeding Network in partnership with Local Roots Farm, Tom Douglas Restaurant Group, London Plane, and Uprising Seeds.
