Come spend the day in the field exploring the future of organic grains and legumes with breeder Brigid Meints and the amazing Oregon State University Organic Extension team.
We’ll be diving into:
• barley, wheat, rye + triticale breeding and variety selection
• this season’s grain and fava bean trials
• disease and weed management for organic systems
• culinary quality, flavor + transitioning to organic production
